Nutritional risk screening and influencing factors in patients with type 2 diabetes

  • 摘要:   目的  基于营养风险筛查2002(NRS2002)系统分析2型糖尿病患者的营养状况,研究患者营养风险的主要影响因素。  方法  选取2022年10月10日—2023年5月9日亳州市人民医院收治的糖尿病住院患者196例,根据有无营养风险分为有营养风险组(35例)和无营养风险组(161例)。分析患者的性别和相关生化指标(血红蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素氮和肌酐)在有、无营养风险患者中的差异,采用多元logistic回归分析研究营养风险的独立影响因素。  结果  不同性别患者营养风险的发生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关临床生化检测结果显示,有营养风险的T2DM患者血清血红蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐分别为(122.29±10.07)g/L、(40.98±3.61)g/L、(6.97±0.16)mmol/L、(86.91±5.96)mmol/L,与无营养风险患者比较差异均有统计学意义[(128.15±9.96)g/L、(43.38±4.34)g/L、(5.81±0.92)mmol/L、(79.75±8.56)mmol/L,P<0.05];有、无营养风险患者糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇及血清甘油三酯比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元logistic回归分析显示,血红蛋白、白蛋白和肌酐是T2DM患者发生营养风险的影响因素。  结论  应用NRS2002评估T2DM患者营养状况,血红蛋白、白蛋白和肌酐水平是T2DM患者发生营养风险的影响因素。
