Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai injection on blood coagulation index and deep venous thrombosis in patients with acute ischemic stroke, and to provide reference for the clinical application of Shenmai injection.
Methods From January, 2016 to December, 2017, 106 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly assigned to the control group and observation group, with 53 cases in each group, the control group was given routine and symptomatic treatment, and the observation group added Shenmai injection on the basis of routine treatment, before and one week after treatment, the two groups of human fibrinogen, packed cell volume, plasma viscosity, D-Dimer content and double leg blood vessel color Doppler ultrasonography were examined, and the possible adverse drug reactions were recorded. SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to carry out statistical analysis.
Results The human fibrinogen, packed cell volume, plasma viscosity, D-Dimer content in the control group and the observation group were decreased (
P<0.05). After the treatment, human fibrinogen, plasma viscosity, D-Dimer content in the observation group were decreased as compared with the control group (
P<0.05), the suspected symptoms and signs of deep vein thrombosis of the legs and the proportion of thrombus by the Doppler examination in the observation group were lower than that of the observation group (
P<0.05). There was no obvious adverse drug reaction in the two groups.
Conclusion Shenmai injection has a certain improvement on blood coagulation indexes in patients with acute ischemic stroke, and has certain preventive value for the formation of deep venous thrombosis, however, this study only evaluated the short-term effect, and the observation index is limited, and the exact effect expected a more large-scale and in-depth study.
