Effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor on patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis: a clinical analysis of 150 cases

摘要: 目的 探究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗对激素依赖性皮炎患者的影响,以期为激素依赖性皮炎患者寻找有效、安全的治疗药物。 方法 选择2013年5月—2018年6月在诸暨市中心医院就诊的150例激素依赖性皮炎患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方式将其分为观察组(81例)和对照组(69例),观察组患者外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子,对照组患者外用其基质(药用辅料卡波姆)。比较2组的临床评分、皮肤角质层含水量、经皮水分丢失、表皮皮脂含量及不良反应。 结果 各组治疗前、治疗2周及4周后的临床评分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),治疗2周及4周后,观察组临床评分均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);各组治疗前、治疗2周及4周后的经皮水分丢失及表皮皮脂含量比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组治疗前、治疗2周及4周后的皮肤角质层含水量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对照组治疗前、治疗2周及4周后的皮肤角质层含水量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,观察组经皮水分丢失明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组表皮皮脂含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但2组皮肤角质层含水量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周后,观察组皮肤角质层含水量及表皮皮脂含量均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组经皮水分丢失明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组均无明显不良反应发生。 结论 重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在激素依赖性皮炎的治疗中具有较好的疗效,其可改善患者的临床症状和体征,促进皮肤屏障修复,且具有较高的安全性。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor on patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis, so as to find effective and safe therapeutic drugs for hormone-dependent dermatitis patients. Methods A total of 150 patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis who were treated in our hospital were selected from 2013 to 2018, and they were divided into observation group (n=81) and control group (n=69) according to different treatment methods. The patients in the observation group were treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor, while the patients in the control group were treated with carbomer. The clinical score, cuticular water content, percutaneous water loss, epidermal sebum content and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in clinical scores before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment (all P<0.05), 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment, the clinical score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (all P<0.05). There were significant differences in percutaneous water loss and epidermal sebum content among the three groups before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment (all P<0.05), there were significant differences in the cuticular water content before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment in the observation group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the cuticular water content before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment in the control group (P>0.05). Two weeks after treatment, the percutaneous water loss in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the epidermal sebum content in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the cuticular water content between the two groups (P>0.05); 4 weeks after treatment, the cuticular water content and epidermal sebum content in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05), and the percutaneous water loss in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor has a good effect in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis, it can improve the clinical symptoms and signs, promote the repair of skin barrier, and has high safety.
