Blood sugar level correlated with inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress in children with sepsis

摘要: 目的 探讨脓毒症患儿不同血糖水平与炎症反应、氧化应激反应的关系。 方法 选取2016年8月—2017年7月丽水市中心医院收治的不同血糖水平脓毒症患儿79例,根据血糖水平分为2组,对照组为血糖水平正常的患儿,研究组为血糖水平升高的患儿。采用酶联免疫法测定2组炎症反应因子水平,包括血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体(sTNF-RI)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β);应用全自动生化仪检测患儿的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、晚期蛋白氧化产物(AOPPS)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平;采用放射免疫法完成2组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TB)水平测定;采用流式细胞仪测定T淋巴细胞水平。 结果 研究组sTNF-RI、IL-13、IL-10水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组IL-8、TNF-α、IL-1β炎性因子水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组氧化应激水平中SOD、AOPPS、CAT均高于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组GSH-PX水平低于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组ALT、GGT、TB水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平高于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组CD4+/CD8+水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 脓毒症患儿血糖水平与炎症反应、氧化应激反应的发生紧密相关,血糖水平越高,炎性反应与氧化应激反应越严重。Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between inflammatory response, oxidative stress and blood glucose levels in children with sepsis. Methods From August 2016 to July 2017, 79 children with sepsis in our hospital were enrolled and assigned into control group and study group according to the blood glucose level. The patients in the control group were with normal blood glucose and the study group with elevated blood glucose. The level of inflammatory response factors was tested by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay; SOD, GSH-PX, AOPPS and CAT were tested by using automatic biochemical analyzer; ALT, GGT and TB were detected by using radioimmunoassay; T lymphocyte was measured by Flow cytometry. Results The levels of sTNF-RI, IL-13 and IL-10 in the study group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). The levels of IL-8, TNF-α and IL-1β in the study group were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05); SOD, AOPPS and CAT in the study group were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05); the GSH-PX level in the study group was lower than that in the control group (all P<0.05); the levels of GGT and TB in the study were higher than those of the control group (all P<0.05). The levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ in the study group were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). The level of CD4+/CD8+ in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The blood glucose level in children with sepsis is closely related to the occurrence of inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress, which shows a positive correlation.
