Effect of personalised nursing quality index evaluation system based on information on the nursing quality in outpatient and emergency infusion room

目的 分析基于信息化的个性化护理质量指标评价系统对门急诊输液室护理质量的影响。 方法 通过随机抽样法选取2018年1月—2019年12月于湖州市中心医院门急诊输液室进行治疗的患者200例。将2018年1月—2018年12月的100例患者设为对照组,2019年1月—2019年12月的100例患者设为干预组。对照组患者实施门诊输液室常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上通过回顾阅读文献,与临床专家进行沟通,向其咨询并采纳有用建议,参照相关护理制度,制定基于信息化的个性化护理质量指标,研究构建基于信息化的个性化护理质量指标评价系统,从而对护理质量进行挖掘、分析、改进,达到提升门诊护理治疗的目的。分析对比2组患者输液等候时间、不良事件发生率、穿刺成功率以及患者护理满意度。 结果 干预组患者输液等候时间为(31.16±10.23)min,不良事件发生率为2.00%,均显著低于对照组[(45.17±9.26)min和11.00%,均P<0.05];干预组患者穿刺成功率为97.00%,患者护理满意度为98.00%,均显著高于对照组(81.00%、84.00%,均P<0.05)。 结论 基于信息化的个性化护理质量指标评价系统可以有效提升门急诊输液室护理质量,改善不良事件发生情况。 Abstract:Objective To analyse the influence of personalised nursing quality index evaluation system based on information on the nursing quality in outpatient and emergency infusion room. Methods A total of 200 patients who were treated in the infusion room of the Outpatient and Emergency Department of Huzhou Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected by random sampling. A total of 100 patients from January 2018 to December 2018 were set as the control group, and 100 patients from January 2019 to December 2019 were set as the intervention group. The control group implement the outpatient transfusion room in patients with routine nursing care. On the basis of the control group, the intervention group reviewed the literature, communicated with clinical experts, consulted them and adopted useful suggestions. Referring to the relevant nursing system, the intervention group formulated personalized nursing quality indicators based on informatization, studied and constructed personalized nursing quality indicators evaluation system based on informatization, so as to excavate, analyze and improve the nursing quality, and to achieve the purpose of improving outpatient nursing treatment. The waiting time for infusion, the incidence of adverse events, the success rate of puncture and the satisfaction of patients' nursing were analysed and compared between the two groups. Results The waiting time in the intervention group was (31.16±10.23) min, and the incidence of adverse events was 2.00%, which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(45.17±9.26) min and 11.00%, respectively, all P < 0.05]. In addition, the puncture success rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group were 97.00% and 98.00%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (81.00% and 84.00%, all P < 0.05). Conclusion The personalised nursing quality index evaluation system based on information can effectively improve the nursing quality of outpatient and emergency infusion rooms and improve the occurrence of adverse events. -
