热休克蛋白70与重度子痫前期的临床研究

Study on the correlations between heat shock protein 70 and severe preeclampsia

  • 摘要:   目的  观察比较早发型与晚发型重度子痫前期的临床特点,探讨热休克蛋白70(heat shock protein 70,HSP70)与重度子痫前期的相关性。  方法  收集南京市第一医院2013年7月—2020年3月收治的84例早发型重度子痫前期(early-onset severe preeclampsia,EOSP)患者、252例晚发型重度子痫前期(late-onset severe preeclampsia,LOSP)患者的临床资料,比较2组患者的一般情况;应用酶联免疫吸附法检测早发型组,晚发型组及448例正常足月妊娠组血清中HSP70含量,并比较3组HSP70含量的差异。  结果  早发型组与晚发型组的年龄、孕前BMI、发病孕周、分娩孕周、期待治疗天数、收缩压、舒张压、24小时尿蛋白定量(24-hour urinary protein quantity, 24h-Upr)、肌酐(creatinine,Cre)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、谷丙转氨酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST) 及血小板计数(platelet count,PLT)差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。早发型组HSP70含量为(101.81±6.44)ng/mL;晚发型组HSP70含量为(86.51±10.70)ng/mL;正常孕妇组中HSP70含量为(51.33±15.48)ng/mL。早发型组HSP70含量高于晚发型组(P < 0.05),且晚发型组HSP70含量高于正常孕妇组(P < 0.01)。  结论  HSP70在早发型及晚发型重度子痫前期患者血清中的含量明显高于正常孕妇,且早发型组高于晚发型组,表明血清中HSP70可能与重度子痫前期的发病有关。
