Advances in the associated study of cardiovascular disease with depression and anxiety in general hospitals

  • 摘要: 在综合医院里,心血管疾病是一类发生率和致死率较高的疾病,其风险因素和疾病预防一直是人们研究的重点。近年来,因心理因素如抑郁焦虑对心血管疾病患者的重要影响,使作为可控因素的心理因素成为研究关注的重点。抑郁焦虑可以增加心血管疾病的发生率,抑郁焦虑的人群出现心血管疾病的几率要比正常人群高,并且可以加重心血管疾病的不良后果如增加致死率等。同时,心血管疾病的患者也更容易出现抑郁焦虑。对于心血管疾病患者来说,抑郁焦虑的发生与多方面因素有关,如与疾病相关的事件可以作为应激因素导致抑郁焦虑的发生;在疾病康复期,患者体育活动、生活质量等水平的不同、后期可能出现的认知障碍,也与抑郁焦虑的发生有关。而对于心血管疾病患者合并抑郁焦虑的治疗,在针对抑郁焦虑的治疗上,可考虑应用心理治疗及药物治疗等措施。基于心理治疗的有效性及安全性,其也成为近年来的治疗趋势,不过具体的实施形式则要根据具体情况制定。对于药物治疗,抗抑郁抗焦虑药物如选择性五羟色胺再摄取抑制剂的应用能明显改善抑郁焦虑情绪,同时可以降低发生心血管事件的风险。但是,药物的不恰当应用也可能会增加心血管疾病的发生。所以,药物的使用一定要经过科学评估后,慎重选择和正确应用。
