Effect of NICE weight loss management model on weight and related indexes of overweight and obese people

  • 摘要:   目的  分析NICE减重管理模式对超重及肥胖人群体重及相关指标的管理效果。  方法  采用便利抽样法选取2019年5月—2021年7月在浙江省台州医院接受健康体检的超重及肥胖人群作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组(100例)和对照组(100例)。对照组应用常规体重管理模式,观察组使用NICE减重管理模式。比较2组干预前、干预后3个月、干预后6个月体重变化和糖脂代谢指标及自我管理能力。  结果  干预前2组体重、糖脂代谢指标及自我管理能力得分比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后6个月,观察组体重、腰围、臀围明显小于对照组,重复测量方差分析结果显示:随着时间的延长,观察组体重、腰围、臀围呈逐渐下降趋势(均P < 0.05);干预后6个月,观察组体重下降10%的人数比例为60%,明显高于对照组的41%(P < 0.05);干预后6个月,观察组空腹血糖、总胆固醇及甘油三酯水平低于对照组(均P < 0.05);干预后6个月,观察组患者自我管理能力总分为(44.17±4.85)分,明显高于对照组的(39.96±5.60)分(P < 0.05)。重复测量方差分析结果显示:随着时间的延长,观察组自我管理能力呈逐渐上升趋势(P < 0.05)。  结论  NICE减重管理模式可有效管理超重及肥胖人群体重,对血糖、血脂等均有一定的改善作用,且能提高其自我管理能力。
