Current status of 3D printing technology as a health communication medium

  • 摘要: 医疗中的沟通问题是世界公共卫生面临的重要挑战。医护人员、患者以及患者家属等不同主体间的沟通质量直接关系到患者治疗、医疗服务的质量与健康结果。随着科技进步,3D打印技术顺应了“互联网+”医疗健康、数字医患沟通以及个性化医疗服务趋势,其可触、可感的物理样态能够发挥医疗信息实体化的特殊优势、参与到现实空间互动中,成功融入医疗沟通语境。随着3D打印技术的融合应用,其衍生出了一个有趣的应用分支——作为沟通中介的效用功能。本文围绕3个主要文献数据库(PubMed、中国知网、Web of science),以“3D打印”或“3D printing”或“3D printing technology”和“medical care”或“health communication”或“医患沟通”或“健康教育”或“知情同意”为关键词,检索相关文献。纳入标准:(1)3D打印技术在临床实践中的应用;(2)3D打印技术在医患沟通领域的应用;(3)3D打印技术在医疗教学领域的应用。排除标准:内容相似的研究。通过文献梳理,本文指出3D打印技术作为一个可视化、个性化、精准化的沟通物理媒介,在当前中国特殊语境下改善紧张的医患关系所具备的潜在优势。同时介绍了其在国内外医疗沟通情境,包括医生教学、患者健康教育、医患术前谈话、医护人员临床沟通等情境中的应用前景和沟通潜势。最后,本文展望了这项技术作为有效沟通媒介在未来医疗沟通领域的可行性与有效性。
