Application value of bicycle exercise therapy and gabapentin in the treatment of haemodialysis patients with restless legs syndrome

  • 摘要:   目的  分析脚踏车运动疗法与加巴喷丁治疗血液透析伴不宁腿综合征(restless legs syndrome,RLS)患者的效果及对睡眠质量、生活质量的影响。  方法  将宁波市北仑区人民医院2018年12月—2020年6月间收治的60例行血液透析合并RLS患者按随机信封法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例;对照组采用加巴喷丁治疗,观察组采用脚踏车运动疗法与加巴喷丁治疗;治疗前和治疗12周后对患者的病情严重程度、睡眠质量和生活质量进行调查。  结果  治疗后观察组患者国际下肢不宁腿综合征等级评估量表(IRLS)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分明显低于对照组[(7.03±1.83)分vs.(13.64±2.11)分,(4.12±1.11)分vs.(5.99±0.94)分,(7.03±0.75)分vs.(9.13±0.88)分],且差异有统计学意义(均P < 0.05);治疗后观察组患者健康调查量表(SF-36)心理维度评分和SF-36生理维度评分明显高于对照组[(78.12±6.22)分vs.(70.04±5.33)分,(79.98±7.48)分vs.(69.82±6.32)分],且差异有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。  结论  采用脚踏车运动疗法与加巴喷丁联合应用可显著改善血液透析伴RLS患者的病情严重程度,提高患者睡眠质量和生活质量。
