童趣化诱导干预模式在学龄前期全麻手术患儿中的应用效果

Effect of child interest induction intervention model in preschool children undergoing general anaesthesia

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨以儿童兴趣喜好为诱导的干预模式在学龄前期患儿全麻手术中的应用效果,为该干预模式在学龄前期全麻手术患儿中的推广应用提供依据。  方法  选取2019年7月—2020年6月丽水市中心医院收治的468例学龄前全麻手术患儿作为研究对象,依据纳入、排除标准筛选出439例患儿,将2019年7—12月采用常规管理模式的218例全麻手术患儿作为常规组,将2020年1—6月采用童趣化诱导干预模式管理的221例全麻手术患儿作为干预组;对2组患儿术前焦虑情绪、麻醉诱导配合程度及苏醒期躁动程度进行评分比较。  结果  干预组患儿术前访视时焦虑情绪评分为(29.96±3.25)分,与常规组的(30.18±3.37)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组术前等候时[(26.16±4.15)分]及麻醉诱导前[(44.47±5.38)分]焦虑情绪评分明显低于常规组[(34.92±4.32)分及(52.48±5.52)分];麻醉诱导合作程度评分[(1.51±0.84)分]及苏醒期躁动程度评分[(6.79±3.27)分]明显低于常规组[(2.87±1.13)分及(8.51±3.48)分],差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。  结论  以儿童兴趣喜好为诱导的干预模式应用于学龄前期全麻手术患儿,能够有效改善学龄前期全麻手术患儿的术前焦虑状态,提高其麻醉诱导配合度,减轻其术后苏醒期躁动程度。
