Application and satisfaction analysis of new humanised health education in orthopaedic nursing

  • 摘要:   目的  分析新型人性化健康教育在骨科护理中的应用效果,探究其对患者满意度的提升效果。  方法  选取2020年3月—2021年11月在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院骨科就诊的82例患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各41例,其中观察组实施新型人性化健康教育,对照组进行常规健康教育。比较2组患者依从性, 同时应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估2组患者在健康教育开展前后心理状态,使用健康教育护理满意度评估表比较2组患者的满意度。  结果  健康教育干预前2组患者SAS和SDS评分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。健康教育干预后观察组患者SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者对健康教育方式的依从率(97.56%,40/41)高于对照组(80.49%, 33/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的健康教育护理满意度评分为(92.53±3.62)分,高于对照组的(80.46±4.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。  结论  对骨科患者实行新型人性化健康教育模式,能够提升患者对护理的认知水平,提高患者依从率和患者满意度。
