儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of a partnership between paediatric nurses and parents of ill children

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系的现状,并分析其影响因素,为护理管理提供理论依据。  方法  采用便利抽样的方法,于2021年8—10月选取浙江省5所三甲医院189名儿科护士及其所护理的189名患儿父母为研究对象。采用一般人口学问卷、中文版儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系量表(pediatric nurse parent partnership scale, PNPPS)、护理组织氛围量表及护士心理资本问卷进行问卷调查。采用SPSS 21.0统计学软件进行数据统计与分析。  结果  PNPPS(儿科护士版)总分为(141.67±15.73)分;护理组织氛围得分为(85.13±9.87)分,心理资本得分为(86.52±11.89)分;单因素分析结果显示,是否生育、不同儿科工作年限、不同平均月收入的儿科护士PNPPS(儿科护士版)总分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);Pearson相关分析显示,PNPPS(儿科护士版)总分与护理组织氛围、心理资本及PNPPS(患儿父母版)总分均呈正相关关系(r=0.248~0.598, 均P<0.01);多元逐步回归分析显示,护理组织氛围、是否生育、心理资本、PNPPS(患儿父母版)总分及儿科工作年限是儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系的影响因素。  结论  儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系处于中等水平,护理组织氛围、是否生育、心理资本、儿科工作年限是儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系的影响因素。护理管理者应重视未生育及低工作年限的儿科护士护理组织氛围水平及心理资本的培养,通过营造和谐的护理组织氛围,提高心理资本水平,改善儿科护士与患儿父母的伙伴关系,为患儿提供最佳的护理服务。
