Influence of management mode based on WeChat platform on the psychological mood, postoperative complications and quality of life of patients with retinal detachment after surgery

  • 摘要:   目的  通过前瞻性、随机、单中心研究探讨基于微信平台的管理模式对视网膜脱离术后患者焦虑抑郁情绪、并发症及生活质量的影响。  方法  选取2018年9月—2019年11月南部战区总医院眼科就诊并手术治疗的92例视网膜脱离(RD)患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和微信组,各46例,对照组实施常规护理,微信组在对照组的基础上增加基于微信平台的管理模式,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者干预前后心理情绪进行评估,采用生命质量核心量表(QLQ-C30V3.0)评估患者生活质量,并比较2组患者术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。  结果  护理后,微信组患者SAS、SDS量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。微信组颈背部肌肉酸痛、头痛头晕、失眠并发症发生率低于对照组(2.17% vs. 19.57%、2.17% vs. 13.04%、2.17% vs. 15.22%,χ2=7.180、3.866, 4.929, 均P<0.05)]。护理后,微信组患者生活质量各维度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。微信组满意度为95.65%(44/46),高于对照组的80.43%(37/46),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.059,P=0.024)。  结论  基于微信平台的管理模式有助于缓解视网膜脱离患者术后的焦虑抑郁情绪,促进患者生活质量及满意度的提高。
