Current situation and correlation of innovation ability and self-transcendence of specialist nurses in interventional operating room in Henan Province

  • 摘要:   目的  调查介入手术室专科护士自我超越及创新能力现况,探讨两者之间的相关性,为进一步完善专科护士培训体系提供依据。  方法  采用整群抽样方法, 选取2017年11月—2020年11月河南省介入手术室专科护士117名作为研究对象,应用一般资料问卷、自我超越量表、临床护士创新能力评价量表进行调查。  结果  117名介入手术室专科护士自我超越得分为(52.03±6.32)分,创新能力得分为(152.40±30.45)分,各维度平均分:创新主体(66.22±12.84)分、创新过程(45.37±9.14)分、创新环境和压力(26.32±6.78)分、创新产品(15.25±5.32)分。专科护士自我超越与创新能力呈正相关关系(r=0.693,P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,自我超越、医院级别、职务是影响专科护士创新能力的3个重要因素,可共同解释创新能力总变异的56.6%。  结论  河南省介入手术室专科护士创新能力处于中上水平,与自我超越水平呈正相关关系。临床护理管理者应优化外部支持环境,通过不断引领与启智,引导介入手术室专科护士突破传统思维束缚,以目标为导向充分发挥主观能动性和角色功能,实现个人阶段性成长和自我超越,从而促进专科护士创新能力的培养,充分发挥其创新引领作用,持续提高介入专科护理服务质量。
