Expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of novel coronavirus infection in neonates

  • 摘要: 新型冠状病毒感染在全球肆虐已3年余。国内外新生儿新型冠状病毒感染的病例报道有限,临床诊断与治疗经验缺乏,诊疗过程中难免会遇到许多问题,给新生儿科医护人员带来巨大的挑战与压力。为了进一步规范新生儿新型冠状病毒感染的诊断与治疗,海峡两岸医药卫生交流协会新生儿学专业委员会新生儿循证医学学组基于国内外临床证据,结合临床实践经验,主要从新生儿感染新型冠状病毒的病因学、临床表现、实验室检查、诊断、居家隔离管理、发热门诊就诊管理、治疗以及并发症与预后等方面制定了该专家共识。
