Correlation of mild depression in patients with cerebral small vessel disease and iron content in red nucleus

  • 摘要:   目的  探究脑小血管病(CSVD)轻度抑郁与红核铁含量之间的关系,评估脑小血管病红核改变对抑郁的预测价值。  方法  收集2021年5月1日—2022年4月30日就诊于解放军总医院神经内科轻度抑郁CSVD患者41例(试验组)和非抑郁CSVD患者40例(对照组),采用老年抑郁量表(GDS)评定被试者抑郁水平。所有受试者均进行颅脑磁共振磁敏感加权成像扫描,由2名医师测量2组CSVD患者红核感兴趣区(ROI)SWI信号强度值,分析2组CSVD患者红核含铁量,进而探讨轻度抑郁与红核铁含量的相关性。  结果  轻度抑郁CSVD组患者左侧红核ROI信号强度值(189.36±27.55)较对照组左侧红核ROI信号强度值(213.32±34.33)明显降低(P=0.001);轻度抑郁CSVD组患者平均红核ROI信号强度值(193.06±26.33)较对照组患者平均红核ROI信号强度值(211.64±33.53)明显降低(P=0.007);轻度抑郁CSVD组右侧红核ROI信号强度值较对照组无明显变化;Pearson相关性分析发现平均红核ROI信号强度值、左侧红核ROI信号强度值均与抑郁呈负相关关系。  结论  脑小血管病轻度抑郁与脑内红核含铁量具有相关性,脑内红核铁含量对脑小血管病轻度抑郁有一定的预测价值。
