A retrospective analysis of 395 cases of non-syndromic supernumerary teeth in the anterior maxilla

  • 摘要:   目的  多生牙是一种因牙齿发育异常导致牙齿数目增多的常见疾病,根据是否伴有全身系统疾病可将其分为综合征性与非综合征性多生牙,前者较罕见。本文探讨非综合征性上颌前牙区多生牙临床特征、影像学表现及治疗方式,为临床诊治及科研提供参考及依据。  方法  选取2019年1月—2023年6月安徽医科大学附属口腔医院口腔颌面外科收治的上颌前牙区多生牙患者395例,对所有患者个人资料、临床表现、影像学检查、手术方案等进行回顾性分析,应用SPSS 22.0统计学软件对数据进行分析。  结果  本研究共收集上颌前牙区多生牙患者395例,多生牙551颗。男性患者293例,女性患者102例,男女比例为2.87∶1。患者年龄最小为3岁,最大为45岁。1颗多生牙比例最多,共256例,占比64.81%;患者初次就诊以替牙期最多, 共251例,占比63.54%;多生牙形状以锥型、结节型最多见,共529颗,占比96.01%;多生牙与邻牙轴向关系以倒置型数目最多,共计264颗,占比47.91%;手术以腭侧入路最多,共计292例,占比73.92%。  结论  非综合征性上颌前牙区多生牙临床多无症状,少数临床表现为牙阻生、牙间隙增宽等;多见于替牙期儿童,男性患者多于女性,高位阻生多生牙最常见,手术常采用腭侧入路。
