Research hotspot of moyamoya disease: a visualized analysis based on CiteSpace software

  • 摘要:   目的  基于CiteSpace对烟雾病相关文献进行检索及可视化分析,梳理该领域研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势,以期为后续的研究提供参考。  方法  计算机检索2011年1月1日—2023年8月21日Web of Science核心合集数据库中烟雾病相关文献。使用CiteSpace 6.2.R4对发文量、国家/地区分布、机构分布、作者分布、关键词等进行可视化分析。  结果  共纳入英文文献2 499篇,2011—2023年烟雾病外文发文量整体呈缓慢上升趋势,发文以中、日为代表的亚洲国家为主,首都医科大学、首尔大学、北海道大学是当前发文量前三的机构,排名靠前的作者多来自同一机构/国家,形成紧密的合作团队,但世界范围内的合作密度较小。目前,烟雾病相关研究主要集中在烟雾病发病机制、术式改进、术后并发症等领域。关键词共现分析显示颅内外搭桥术、临床特征、血管疾病中心性最强;关键词聚类涉及脑过度灌注综合征等血运重建术术后并发症、动脉自旋标记等检查技术、环指蛋白213等烟雾病发病机制;突现词分析显示自发性闭塞、软脑膜血管成形术、基因等为近年来研究热点。  结论  烟雾病发病原因、治疗手段对患者长期疗效和疾病进程的影响等问题仍然困扰着临床诊断和治疗。未来研究者可进一步关注烟雾病患者病变血管的病理生理改变并开展个案报道。
