The effect of four handed operation combined with LEARNS model health education on disease cognition and cooperation in patients undergoing impacted tooth extraction surgery

  • 摘要:   目的  随着阻生牙拔除术患者数量的增多,临床对于护理服务提出了更高要求,本研究应用四手操作配合LEARNS模式健康教育,分析其对阻生牙拔除术患者疾病认知水平及配合度的影响。  方法  选取2022年11月—2024年2月在温州医科大学附属口腔医院行阻生牙拔除术的113例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(56例)和观察组(57例)。对照组患者应用常规护理联合四手操作,观察组在对照组基础上配合LEARNS模式进行健康教育。比较2组患者干预前后疾病认知水平及心理状态,统计2组患者治疗配合度及术后并发症发生情况。  结果  干预后,观察组患者疾病认知水平得分明显高于对照组(P < 0.05);干预后,观察组患者牙科畏惧量表(DFS)及牙科焦虑量表(DAS)得分均低于对照组(P < 0.05);观察组患者治疗配合度为98.2%(56/57),高于对照组[85.7%(48/56),P < 0.05];阻生牙拔除术后,观察组并发症发生率为3.5%(2/57),低于对照组[17.9%(10/56),χ2=6.127,P=0.013]。  结论  四手操作配合LEARNS模式健康教育有利于提高阻生牙拔除术患者疾病认知水平及配合度,能有效缓解患者牙科焦虑、恐惧等不良情绪,值得临床应用。
