Construction and practice of non-degree continuing education curriculum system of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities under the concept of "five techniques" medical talent cultivation

  • 摘要:   目的   在国家持续推进继续教育改革,建设学习型社会背景下,探讨“五术”医学人才培养理念下中医院校非学历继续教育课程体系构建与实践。   方法   选取黑龙江中医药大学中医康复学、针灸推拿学、中医内科学、中西医结合4个专业的非学历继续教育学员为研究对象,以“五术”医学教育理念为导向,从教学理念、教学内容、教学过程、教学模式、教学评价等方面对中医院校非学历继续教育课程体系进行一系列的改革,构建和实施“一个理念、两横融合、三纵贯穿、五维培养,多元评价”的创新课程体系。   结果   90.55%(115/127)的学员认为新课程体系的构建有实用性,能调动积极性,提高自主学习能力,88.98%(113/127)的学员认为能提高中医辩证思维能力及与临床结合能力,特别适合不同层次的临床医生,92.13%(117/127)的学员认为基础与临床融会贯通能力得到提升,知识变得立体而鲜活,66.14%(84/127)的学员认为能提高创新能力,89.76%(114/127)的学员表示职业素养有所提升,增加了自信心和岗位胜任力。   结论   相较于传统的非学历继续教育课程体系,此创新课程体系能提升学员自主学习能力、中医辨证思维能力、融会贯通能力、科研创新能力、岗位胜任力,有利于培养高素质医学人才。
