Effect of new bioceramic material iRoot SP combined with single cusp root canal filling on periodontal microecology in patients with dental pulp disease

  • 摘要:   目的  探讨新型生物陶瓷材料iRoot SP配合单尖法根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效。  方法  选取2023年12月—2024年6月诸暨市人民医院收治的112例牙体牙髓病患者,采用随机数表法分成对照组(56例)与观察组(56例),对照组采用新型生物陶瓷材料iRoot SP配合冷侧压法治疗,观察组采用新型生物陶瓷材料iRoot SP配合单尖法根管充填治疗。比较2组患者牙周微生态、龈沟液炎症指标、炎性因子水平、咀嚼效率、疼痛程度(VAS评分)、充填情况及临床疗效。  结果  治疗后,2组患者牙周探诊深度(PD)、探诊出血指数(PBI)、牙齿松动度(TM)、菌斑指数(PI)均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、MMP-8均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、TNF-α、IL-1β均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者咀嚼效率均提高,VAS评分均降低,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组恰填率为89.29%(50/56),高于对照组[73.21%(41/56),P<0.05]。观察组总有效率为96.43%(54/56),高于对照组[83.93%(47/56),P<0.05]。  结论  新型生物陶瓷材料iRoot SP配合单尖法根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病效果较好,可改善患者的牙周微生态水平,减轻炎症与疼痛程度,提高咀嚼效率与充填效果。
