Advances in the study of the role of ketogenic diet in the treatment of breast cancer

  • 摘要: 乳腺癌(BC)的发生与生活方式、自然环境以及饮食密切相关。饮食摄入是影响肿瘤代谢的关键环境因素,不良的饮食习惯会增加乳腺癌的发病风险,而健康的饮食则有助于减少慢性炎症及其对DNA的损伤,从而对人体健康产生积极影响。饮食干预作为一种乳腺癌辅助治疗方法受到广泛关注。在众多饮食干预方法中,生酮饮食(KD)因其在调节代谢、控制疾病发展和减少治疗不良反应方面的潜力,成为研究热点。生酮饮食主要由高脂肪、中等蛋白质和极低碳水化合物组成,通过改变患者的饮食结构生成内源性酮体,使身体从葡萄糖依赖性能量状态转变为依赖脂肪的能量状态,并降低胰岛素水平,直接或间接影响癌细胞的能量代谢、提高靶向药的治疗效果、减少癌细胞的增殖并改善细胞的程序性死亡等。KD对于调节乳腺癌患者大脑神经功能有着积极影响,有助于改善患者的不良情绪和身体状态,提高生活质量。生酮饮食作为一种新兴的乳腺癌辅助治疗策略,显示出多方面的潜在益处,有望在未来的乳腺癌治疗中发挥重要作用。本文将深入探讨生酮饮食对乳腺癌治疗的多方面影响,包括其在免疫调控、代谢状态、基因表达以及潜在分子机制等方面的作用。通过总结现有研究成果,为乳腺癌的综合治疗提供新的视角和方法,探索KD在未来临床实践中的应用潜力。
