Correlation analysis of aplastic anemia and T cell subsets and regulatory T cells

摘要: 目的 对再生障碍性贫血患者的T细胞亚群与调节性T细胞进行分析,探讨再生障碍性贫血和T细胞亚群及调节性T细胞的关系。 方法 选择浙江省人民医院再生障碍性贫血患者30例为再生障碍性贫血组,30例健康者作为对照组,再生障碍性贫血组分为重型再生障碍性贫血组和非重型再生障碍性贫血组,比较各组患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞和T细胞亚群的表达情况。 结果 再生障碍性贫血组患者外周血CD4+CD25high、CD4+CD25+CD127low的表达低于对照组(P<0.05),再生障碍性贫血组患者外周血CD4+CD25+CD127high的表达高于对照组(P<0.05)。再生障碍性贫血组患者外周血CD3+CD4+和CD4/CD8低于对照组(P<0.05),再生障碍性贫血组患者外周血CD3+CD8+的表达高于对照组(P<0.05)。重型再生障碍性贫血组患者外周血CD4+CD25high、CD4+CD25+CD127low的表达低于非重型再生障碍性贫血组(P<0.05),重型再生障碍性贫血组患者外周血CD4+CD25+CD127high的表达高于非重型再生障碍性贫血组(P<0.05)。重型再生障碍性贫血组患者外周血CD3+CD4+和CD4/CD8低于非重型再生障碍性贫血组(P<0.05),重型再生障碍性贫血组患者外周血CD3+CD8+的表达高于非重型再生障碍性贫血组(P<0.05)。 结论 再生障碍性贫血患者存在T细胞亚群和调节性T细胞的异常,再生障碍性贫血的发病和严重程度可能和T细胞亚群和调节性T细胞水平相关。Abstract: Objective To analyzed T cell subsets and regulatory T cells of aplastic anemia patients,and discuss the relationship between aplastic anemia and T cell subsets and regulatory T cells. Methods Thirty cases of aplastic anemia(aplastic anemia group) were assigned into severe aplastic anemia group and non-severe aplastic anemia group,while 30 normal subjects were recruited as control group.The peripheral blood CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and T cell subsets expression was compared among the three groups. Results The expressions of peripheral blood CD4+CD25high and CD4+CD25+CD127low in aplastic anemia group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but CD4+CD25+CD127high was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The peripheral blood CD3+CD4+ and CD4/CD8 in aplastic anemia group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but CD3+CD8+ was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of peripheral blood CD4+CD25high and CD4+CD25+CD127low in the severe aplastic anemia group were lower than non-severe aplastic anemia group(P<0.05),but CD4+CD25+CD127high was higher than non-severe aplastic anemia group(P<0.05).The peripheral blood CD3+CD4+ and CD4/CD8 of severe aplastic anemia group were lower than non-severe aplastic anemia group(P<0.05),while the peripheral blood CD3+CD8+ of severe aplastic anemia group were higher than non-severe aplastic anemia group(P<0.05). Conclusion T cell subsets and regulatory T cells of aplastic anemia patients are abnormal.The pathogenesis and severity of aplastic anemia may be correlation with T cell subsets and regulatory T cells.
