Research on the application of transcultural-theoretical-based health education in execution list

摘要: 目的 探讨运用多元文化理论在设计健康教育执行单中的应用和效果,以提高健康教育效果和对护理工作的满意度。 方法 将300例收入宁波市鄞州人民医院的住院患者按住院日的单双日随机分为对照组和干预组,各150例,2组在住院期间均接受健康教育。对照组护士采用传统方式以口头形式实施健康宣教;干预组责任护士运用以多元文化理论为基础设计的健康教育执行单,对患者进行多元文化评估,再实施健康宣教并及时评价。在患者即将出院前由指定人员按规定的要求以口头提问形式对患者的健康教育知晓程度进行评估,并发放护理满意度调查问卷。统计数据分别按χ2检验和秩和检验进行分析,对比2组患者对健康教育的知晓情况和对护理工作的满意度。 结果 对比2组患者健康教育调查情况,能正确回答者干预组人数高于对照组人数,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查2组满意度显示,干预组和对照组患者总体满意的人数分别为146例和126例,z=-7.044,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。 结论 运用多元文化理论设计的健康教育执行单,不但能提高护士对健康教育的执行力,而且在健康教育实施中,护士运用与患者文化背景相一致的多元文化护理,更能贴近患者的身心需求,提高了患者对健康宣教的认知程度和对护理工作的满意度,护士的主观能动性也得到充分的发挥。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect and application of transcultural theoretical on health education in execution list.To improve the effects of health education and the satisfication of nursing work. Methods Three hundred inpatients in a hospital and were selected and divided into intervention group and control group randomly,there were 150 patients each group.Both groups received conventional health education.Intervention group received the health education in a traditional way which were expressed in verbal form,while,control group do a multicultural assessment on the patient first,and then carry out health education and evaluation in a timely manner according to the theory of transcultural-theoretical-basedhealth education in execution list.An evaluation of the patients'degree of health education with verbal form was made according to the law consulting content.Statistical data processing was based on the chi-square paired sample T test and rank and inspection level data for analysis.The satisfaction with nurses'service was compared by using questionnaire survey and verbal form. Results Accorrding to two groups of patients to know the situation of health education content,the number of people in two groups who could answer correctly was different.The number of control group was higher than intervention group's.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Satisfaction survey of two groups,according to the number of the intervention group and control group patients are overall satisfied with 146 cases and 126 cases respectively,z=-7.044,P<0.001,were highly significant difference. Conclusion By using the theory of multicultural design health education implementation of single health education,the health education can not only improve the nurse's execution,and in the implementation of the health education,nurses use is consistent with the patient cultural background of multi-culture nursing,it let patients feel respected and make education more personalized,more press close to the patient's physical and mental needs.And it improves the degree of patients on health education knowledge and the satisfaction of nursing job.On this basis,it brings nurses'objective initiative into full play.
