Relationship between bone mineral density and serum hormone levels in patients with osteoporosis

摘要: 目的 探讨骨质疏松症患者骨密度与血清雌二醇、甲状旁腺激素、降钙素、25羟维生素D水平的关系。 方法 选择2014年1月—2016年12月杭州市富阳区第一人民医院骨质疏松症患者70例作为骨质疏松症组,健康体检者70例作为对照组。测量2组研究对象L2~4腰椎和左侧股骨颈骨密度值,测定血清雌二醇、甲状旁腺激素、降钙素、25羟维生素D水平。 结果 骨质疏松症患者血清甲状旁腺激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05),骨质疏松症血清雌二醇、降钙素和25羟维生素D水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。骨质疏松症组腰椎骨密度和股骨颈骨密度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。骨质疏松症患者腰椎骨密度与血清雌二醇、降钙素、25羟维生素D呈正相关(P<0.05),与甲状旁腺激素呈负相关(P<0.05)。骨质疏松症患者股骨颈骨密度与血清雌二醇、降钙素、25羟维生素D呈正相关(P<0.05),与甲状旁腺激素呈负相关(P<0.05)。 结论 骨质疏松症患者血清雌二醇、甲状旁腺激素水平升高,血清降钙素和25羟维生素D水平降低,骨质疏松症患者的骨密度值与血清雌二醇、降钙素和25羟维生素D呈正相关,与甲状旁腺激素呈负相关。Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between bone mineral density and serum estradiol,parathyroid hormone,calcitonin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D in osteoporosis patients. Methods Seventy cases of osteoporosis were selected as the osteoporosis group and 70 healthy subjects were selected as control group in the First People's Hospital of Fuyang District of Hangzhou from January,2014 to December,2016.The bone mineral density of L2-4 lumbar vertebrae and left femoral neck were measured in both groups.The serum estradiol,parathyroid hormone,calcitonin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D were measured in both groups. Results The levels of serum parathyroid hormone in patients of the osteoporosis group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum estradiol,calcitonin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the osteoporosis group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The lumbar vertebrae bone mineral density and femoral neck bone mineral density in the osteoporosis group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae was positively correlated with serum estradiol,calcitonin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with parathyroid hormone(P<0.05).The femoral neck bone mineral density was positively correlated with serum estradiol,calcitonin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with parathyroid hormone(P<0.05). Conclusion The serum level of parathyroid hormone in patients with osteoporosis increases,the serum estradiol,calcitonin and 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels decrease.The bone mineral density of osteoporosis patients is positively correlated with serum estradiol,calcitonin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D,and is negatively correlated with parathyroid hormone.
