Abstract: Objective With the rapid development of science and technology,scientific research management occupies an increasingly important position in modern hospital management.The scientific level of its management has an important influence on the overall scientific research strength of the hospital.Via the analysis of the specific practice of scientific research refinement management,we aim to explore a more effective model and long-term mechanism. Methods In this paper,refined management philosophy is introduced to the basic elements of the whole process of the scientific research activities in hospital:talent,project,capital,facilities,achievements and so on.The initiative of implementation of scientific research refinement management is to divide such refined content into scientific research platform management,scientific research personnel management,research project management,research funding management,scientific research management and other specific practices and analysis. Results Taking the scientific and technological innovation and talent development obtained by the construction of "the 12th Five-year Plan" of the hospital as an example,we conclude that the concept of refined management is implemented in every aspect of scientific research management,which is of great significance to improving the overall scientific research level and achieving a virtuous circle of scientific research. Conclusion The refinement management plays an important role in hospital scientific research management.Introducing refinement management in scientific research management will help to improve the quality of hospital scientific research and achieve sustainable development.It should be valued and widely used,requiring coordination and cooperation among departments.Hospital should guarantee culture,system,personnel and technology.At the same time,the scientific research management department should also strengthen the building of the management team,transform from the routine scientific research management to innovative services,and realize the refinement of scientific research services:initiative,optimization,tracking,innovation,thus to constantly improve the level of research refined management.
