Objective To analyze the key problems in the construction of teaching staff in the current affiliated hospitals, and to put forward the corresponding construction strategies to promote the construction of teachers in the affiliated hospitals and provide references for the teaching reform in the affiliated hospitals.
Methods According to the current situation of teachers in our own hospitals, combined with the status quo of teachers in affiliated hospitals in domestic colleges and universities, this paper summarized the various problems faced by the construction of high-level clinical teachers. According to the corresponding construction problems, we proposed the following aspects of the construction measures:establishing a correct teaching concept, a reasonable structure of clinical teachers, a construction of clinical teachers training system; improving the clinical teacher appointment system, implementing an effective incentive and reward and punishment mechanism; improving the clinical teaching management system and teaching supervision system and promoting the developing processes of clinical young teachers.
Results Via these measures, we managed to promote the level of the construction of our team of teachers, and it is worthy of referencing to fellow universities and affiliated hospitals.
Conclusion The affiliated hospitals play an important role in the development of medical students, and the training of high quality medical students depends on the clinical guidance of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals. Therefore, the establishment of a solid foundation of teaching and an outstanding team of teachers are the keys to improving the quality of teaching and the subsidiary of all teaching activities in the hospital. According to the existing problems in the construction of the teaching staff, the teaching reform is carried out in a targeted strategy to promote the overall teaching level of the affiliated hospitals in colleges and universities.
