Objective The therapeutic effect of manual separation and adhesion combined positiontraining was discussed in order to provide a reference for the rehabilitation of patients with frozen shoulder.
Methods A total of 110 cases of frozen shoulder inpatients who were treated in our hospital from June, 2013 to September, 2017 were divided into observation group (55 cases) and control group (55 cases) according to the random number table method, the control group adopted themanual separation and adhesion, and the observation group was treated with position training on the basis of the control group (including doctors' involvement in training, patient independence or training with family assistance), the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the degree of pain and function of shoulder joint was compared between the two groups.
Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.9%, and the total effective rate of control group was 76.4%. The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (
P<0.05). Before treatment, the VAS score of the two groups showed no significant difference (
P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (
P<0.05), and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (
P<0.05). The pain, shoulder joint activities, daily life activities ability, muscle and joint local form scores of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group (
P<0.05), the total score of shoulder joint function was (84.62±9.56) in observation group and (71.42±8.37) in control group, the total score of shoulder joint function of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (
P<0.05).
Conclusion Manual separation and adhesion combined position training can markedly improve the patient's clinical curative effect, reduce the pain degree of patients, can greatly improve the shoulder joint function in patients, and it has positive guiding significance for the recovery of disease.
