Abstract

Abstract

"Yuanqi theory" is a very important etiology and pathogenesis theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Through continuous research by ancient and modern doctors, in recent years, with the deepening of the research on Yuanqi theory and the development of modern medicine, many scholars gradually pay attention to the significance of supplementing and nurturing prescriptions in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, which makes the Yuanqi theory more and more rich. Therefore, referring to many ancient books and modern literature, the paper discusses the theoretical development, physiological connotation, clinical application status of TCM. Yuanqi theory and its relationship with the pathological changes of modern medicine from the perspective of TCM and modern medicine. In addition to the common causes of Yuanqi damage: such as congenital deficiencies of natural endowments, external feelings of six adultery, diet disorder, overwork, internal injuries from the seven emotions, chronic illness of internal consumption, trauma, pregnancy and childbirth, aging, etc. Modern clinical features such as tumor, AIDS, allergic rhinitis, chronic urticaria, non-alcoholic fatty liver, Alzheimer ' s disease, leukemia and other difficult and complex diseases or post-operative performance are often characterized by Yuanqi deficiency. Ancient and modern doctors emphasized that the development process of disease is in a constant state of change, and should pay attention to the pathogenic factors, the depth of pathogenic factors, congenital constitution, the strength of Stomach Qi and other differences on the development trend and outcome of Yuanqi disease. The study of TCM Yuanqi theory can be used to guide the changing law of human ' s emergence, growth, aging and death. It is also the objective requirement of conforming to the development and change of human disease spectrum and modern medical research models. Combining with the development of TCM theory, the author sorts out the basic concepts, connotations and development of the applications of TCM Yuanqi theory. Starting from the prevention and treatment of many clinical diseases, the author discusses its value in disease diagnosis and treatment, sub-health status, health care, rehabilitation and other aspects, in order to reveal the essence of Yuanqi disease and provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of Yuanqi disease.
