  • Objective To investigate bacteria toxins and bacteria invasion proteases and capsular antigen associated genes distribution of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from burn ward. Methods Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from our unit from July to December 2013,and ten bacteria toxins associated gens(hla,hlb,hld,hlg,hlg-2,pvl,lukE,lukM,psm-mec,psm-α),nine bacteria invasion associated proteases (ssp, splB,edinA,edinB,edinC,sak, hysA,lip, nuc) and two capsular antigen associated gens(cap5,cap8) were amplified through PCR technique. Results Among 20 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, the positive rate of hla was 85.0%,hlg-2 was 80.0%,psm-α was 70.0%,lukE was 55.0%,pvl was 15.0%,hlb was 10.0%,hld,hlg,lukM and psm-mec were all 0%;of lip and nuc was 90.0%,splB was 60.0%,hysA was 20.0%,ssp,edinA,edinB,edinC and sak was 0%;of cap5 and cap8 was 30.0% and 70.0%,respectively. Conclusion In this research, the high positive rate of bacteria toxins associated gens and bacteria invasion associated proteases expression rate in 20 strains of Staphylococcus aureus may associate with delay wound healing.
