  • Objective To analyze perioperative improved nursing care on patients’ anxiety and fear, intraoperative and postoperative complications in patients with coronary stent implantation. Methods Thirty-four patients of coronary stent implantation admitted in hospital between August 2013 and July 2014 were selected as control group, and received regular nursing intervention;the other patients of coronary stent implantation admitted in hospital from August 2014 to July 2015 were selected as observation group, which received improved nursing care. The preoperative Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score, the complications incidence during and post surgery and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. The SAS score are expressed as the mean±SD,and were analyzed using SPSS 17.0.Student’s t test was used to compare complications incidence during and post surgery and nursing satisfaction.A level of P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results The preoperative SAS score in the observation group was 46.17±10.15,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(60.08±10.62),the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(73.53%),the difference statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the intraoperative complications, including elevated blood pressure, vagal reflex, radial artery spasm, hypotension, arrhythmia and sinus tachycardia in the observation group was notable lower(P<0.05),and postoperative complications, including serious cardiac arrhythmias, hemorrhage, acute radial artery occlusion, hypotension,in the observation group was notable lower(P<0.05). Conclusion The improved nursing care can relief patient’s anxiety and fear, reduce the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in coronary stent implantation, which is benefits for patient’s physical rehabilitation.
