Objective To investigate the effect of neonatal resuscitation training program on the incidence of asphyxia, suffocation recovery success rate and mortality.
Methods The clinical data of suffocation 1 502 patients in our hospital obstetric were collected from 2000 to 2005 and from 2011 to 2013.The data from 2000 to 2002 were defined as the control group, from 2003 to 2005 as first observation group,2011 to 2013 to second observation group, comparative analysis of three groups of neonatal asphyxia and very severe asphyxia, resuscitation success rate, mortality and asphyxia asphyxia after very severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy incidence changes.
Results Three groups of neonatal asphyxia incidence rates were 5.60%,4.53% and 3.68%,the difference was significant(
P<0.01).Three neonatal resuscitation success rates were 79.3%,90.0% and 90.2%,second observation group and first observation group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(
P<0.01).Three groups of neonatal asphyxia mortality rate 2.69 ‰,1.51 ‰ and 1.14 ‰,observed two groups and the control group a significant difference(
P<0.01).Three groups of newborns with very severe asphyxia was 2.69 ‰,1.72 ‰ and 1.27 ‰,three pairwise comparisons were significant difference(
P<0.05).Three groups of newborns with very severe resuscitation success rates were 46.2%,75.0% and 82.1%,three pairwise comparisons were significant difference(
P<0.05) three groups of neonatal HIE occurrence rates were 33.3%,25.0% and 21.7%,second observation group and first observation group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(
P<0.05).
Conclusion The relevant departments of the hospital medical staff in neonatal resuscitation training program, our hospital can reduce the incidence of neonatal asphyxia, improve the success rate of recovery, reduce perinatal and neonatal mortality to improve the quality of neonatal survival.
