Objective To discuss the effect of gasless laparoscopic and gasless laparoscopy treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
Methods The gasless laparoscopy was performed in 75 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital, while the routine laparoscopic management was carried out in another 75 cases of ectopic pregnancy as control. The preoperative pelvic bleeding, peroperative bleeding, operative time, time to exhaust, postoperative pain, postoperative hospital stay, hospital costs and postoperative complications and blood gas analysis of preoperative and postoperative in two groups were compared.
Results The operative time was (32.49±21.06)min,time to exhaust was (11.79±3.78)h,hospitalization costs was(6 897.34±205.31)Yuan,and the incidence of nausea and vomiting and incidence of shoulder and back pain(36.0% and 6.7%,respectively) in the observation group, which were lower than the control group[(49.35±24.56)min,(16.52±4.34)h,(7 891.24±179.86)Yuan,66.7% and 26.7%](
P<0.05).At 10 minutes after the beginning of surgery and the end of surgery, the pH value,PO
2 and SaO
2 in both groups were lower than those before the surgery(
P<0.05),however,the PaCO
2 were higher than before the surgery(
P<0.05).At 10 minutes after the beginning of surgery and the end of surgery, the pH value,PO
2 and SaO
2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(
P<0.05),but the PaCO
2 were higher(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Gasless laparoscopic treatment for ectopic pregnancy can shorten the operation time and postoperative discharge time, reduce hospital costs, decrease the incidence of postoperative complications, with little effect on blood gas analysis,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
