Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhiling Capsule combined with Valsartan in the treatment of chronic nephropathy and its influence on renal function.
Methods Total 76 cases of chronic kidney disease were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method with 38 cases in each group.The control group received Valsartan,while the observation group received additional Zhiling Capsule.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Before and after the treatment,T lymphocytes(CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8),soluble cell adhesion factor-1(sICAM-1),renal function index(Scr,BUN,UAER,and GFR) of both groups were tested.
Results The therapeutic efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(
z=2.262,
P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of CD3 in the observation group was significantly increased,inversely,the levels of CD4,CD4/CD8 and sICAM-1 were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(
P<0.05);but the level of sICAM-1 decreased significantly(
P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of CD3 in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,inversely,the levels of CD4,CD4/CD8 and sICAM-1 was significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (
t=6.642,6.734,5.462,2.319,
P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN and UAER were all significantly decreased in both groups,and the level of GFR was significantly increased(
P<0.05);The levels of Scr,BUN and UAER in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of GFR was significantly higher than that of the control group(
t=4.390,2.386,3.824,2.719,
P<0.05).
Conclusion Zhiling Capsule combined with Valsartan can significantly improve the immune function and renal function in patients with chronic kidney disease.
