Objective In order to make the work of standardized training for resident be standard and homogenous,this research develop a effect evaluation index system of standardized training for resident based on Kirkpatrick model,so that we can facilitate a comprehensive control on this work as well as provide basis for improving it.
Methods The research team was set up,a draft of the index system was constructed,and the questionnaire was formed,then a total of 10 experts from Beijing,sichuan,jiangxi were selected according to the requirement.The expert consultation was finished by Delphi method,the results were analyzed with SPSS 18.0,and the index weight of the index system was established by AHP and Stratified analyse method.
Results The questionnaire recovery rates of the two rounds were 100%.It indicated that the enthusiasm of the experts were very high.The Index system contained a total of 4 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 45 tertiary indicators.In the coordination coefficient test of the rounds(
P<0.01).The difference had statistics significance.Kendall'W value of the two rounds were all greater than 0.2 and the second round was greater than the first round,indicated that the opinion of the experts reached the unity after the two rounds.
Conclusion The enthusiasm and Kendall'W of the experts in this study are very high,the indexes are objective and comprehensive,so this index system can be a evaluation tool of effect of standardized training for resident,and it can provide reference data for other training in the hospital,at the same time it makes the foundation to promote national specialist standardization training.
