  • Objective To discuss the experience of nursing cooperation during minimally invasive aortic valve replacement with right chest small incision,so as to provide reference for clinical. Methods Thirty-six cases of aortic valve disease in Beijing An Zhen Hospital between July,2012 and November,2015,included 23 male and 13 female,aged(45±11)years old, were enrolled into this study. There were 24 cases of aortic regurgitation and 12 cases of aortic stenosis.Preoperative cardiac function NYHA classification:grade Ⅱ 33 cases and grade Ⅲ 3 cases. All patients underwent minimally invasive aortic valve replacement with right chest small incision, with double lumen endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia and cardiopulmonary Bypass. The operating room nurses well performed the preoperative education, prepared preoperative articles and equipment sufficiently, cooperated actively with doctors during the operation, and improved the nursing process. The vital signs of patients during the surgery, the operation time, cardiopulmonary bypass time, aortic occlusion time, hospitalization time, prognosis and postoperative complications were observed and recorded. Results The surgery was successful and the intraoperative vital signs were stable. All of the patients were cured and discharged from the hospital, and no postoperative complications were found. The operation time was (232±33) min, cardiopulmonary bypass time (120±25) min,and aortic clamping time (91±29)min,hospitalization time (11±5) d. Conclusion It is minimally invasive, rapid recovery and with recent good results of the minimally invasive aortic valve replacement with right chest small incision. To do the preoperative education well, prepare preoperative articles and equipment sufficiently, cooperate with the operation actively and improve the operation room nursing process,is the key to the success of the surgery.
