Objective To investigate the risk factors of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) with venous thromboembolism, and to provide support for clinical diagnosis and prognosis.
Methods All 239 cases of AECOPD patients from January,2013 to December,2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Based on with or without venous thromboembolism (VTE),patients were divided into two groups,52 cases in VTE group and 187 cases in without VTE group.Survey on risk factors of AECOPD with VTE were made, and age, smoking history, body mass index, severity, time in bed, diabetes, hypertension or coronary heart disease of patients were selected, and the common serum indicators and blood gas levels were observed.Univariate factor and Logistic Regression analysis were carried out to analysis the data between two groups.
Results In all 239 cases of AECOPD patients,52 cases were with VTE,the VTE incidence rate reached 21.8%.Univariate and Logistic regression analysis showed that age, body mass index, smoking history, diabetes, hypertension or coronary heart disease, bed time, high D-dimer level,PaO
2 level,PaCO
2 level are the risk factors for AECOPD patients with VTE.
Conclusion COPD patients easily occur VTE complications,and age,body mass index,smoking history,diabetes,hypertension or coronary heart disease,bed time,high D-dimer level,PaO
2 level,PaCO
2 level are risk factors of AECOPD with VTE.
