Objective To investigate the curative effect of Lipo prostaglandin E1(Lipo-PGE1) combined with cilostazol on senile arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower limbs.
Methods The 160 cases of elderly patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower limbs were divided into Lipo-PGE1 group (
n=53),cilostazol group (
n=52),combined group (
n=55) according to the random number table.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy,hemodynamic changes,and the improvement of nailfold microcirculation,ankle brachial index (ABI) and inflammatory factors were compared among the three groups.
Results Curative effect and The total effective rate of the combined group,which was better than both of cilostazol group and Lipo-PGE1 group (
P<0.05),the difference between cilostazol group and Lipo-PGE1 group was not statistically significant (
P>0.05);After the treatment,the peak systolic velocity,blood flow pulsation index and resistance index in dorsalis pedis artery was lower than those of cilostazol group and Lipo-PGE1 group (
P<0.05),those of Lipo-PGE1 group were lower than those in the cilostazol group (
P<0.05);Nailfold microcirculation integral and ABI of the combination group were better than those of cilostazol group and Lipo-PGE1 group (
P<0.05),those of Lipo-PGE1 group were better than those of cilostazol group (
P<0.05);The levels of C-reactive protein,TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1 of the combination group were lower than those of cilostazol group and Lipo-PGE1 group (
P<0.05),those of Lipo-PGE1 group were lower than those in the cilostazol group (
P<0.05).
Conclusion Lipo-PGE1 combined with cilostazol can increase cooperatively the curative effect of arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower limbs in elderly patients,effectively improve the patients'hemodynamic parameters.
