Objective To investigate the clinical effect of immunotherapy on patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with infection,so as to improve its prevention and treatment.
Methods Total 72 cases of liver cirrhosis combined infection in our hospital between January,2015 and January,2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group (36 cases) and observation group (36 cases). Both group received the routine antibiotic treatment, while the observation group received additional immune agents. The liver function and biochemical markers before and after treatment, and the early control rate of infection and incidence of complications were observed.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for data analysis, when
P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.
Results After the treatment, the total bilirubin, albumin, alanine aminotransferase, total cholesterol, prothrombin time and other indicators were significantly improved in both groups (
P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups (
P>0.05).After the treatment, the early infection control rate of the observation group was 83.33%,of the control group was 47.22%,the difference was statistically significant (
P<0.05).The incidence of complication of the observation group was 5.56%,of the control group was 19.44%,and the difference was statistically significant (
P<0.05).During the follow-up,there was 1 patient died (2.78%) in the observation group and 3 patients died in the control group (8.33%),the difference was statistically significant (
P<0.05).
Conclusion The combination of immune agents and antibiotics for patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with infection can significantly improve the early infection control rate, decrease the incidence of complications such as double infection, and has high clinical application value.
