  • Objective To investigate the clinical effect and influence on T cell subsets of Yinzhihuang oral solution combined Bifico in patients with neonatal jaundice. Methods A total of 200 patients with neonatal jaundice in our hospital from February,2016 to July,2016 were randomly divided into control group (100 cases) and observation group (100 cases). The patients of the control group, including 58 male and 42 female, gestational age 36-42 weeks, average gestational age (39.1±1.7) weeks, received conventional treatment (Blue-ray et al.);The patients of the observation group, including 59 male and 41 female, gestational age 36-42 weeks, average gestational age (39.1±1.7) weeks, received conventional treatment and additional Yinzhihuang oral solution combined Bifico. The clinical effect and influence on T cell subsets were compared before and after the treatment between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,of the control group was 80.00%,the difference between the two groups was significant (χ2=10.286,P<0.05);The time of phototherapy, jaundice and hospitalization of the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group (t=7.982,7.698,5.580,P<0.05),and daily average bilirubin decline value was significantly higher than that in the control group (t=7.491,P<0.05);Compared with the levels before the treatment, the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ increased significantly at 7 d after the treatment in both groups (observation group:t=7.929,16.561,8.433,control group:t=1.978,6.015,3.409,P<0.05),and the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ of the observation group increased more significantly at 7 d after the treatment (t=4.975,9.835,5.085,P<0.05);Incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 5%,and of control group was 9%,there was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2=1.229,P>0.05). Conclusion Yinzhihuang oral solution combined with Bifico has obvious clinical effect on neonatal jaundice. It can significantly improve T cell subsets status, and enhance immune function of patients with neonatal jaundice.
