Objective To explore the distribution and present situation of the"three high "(hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia) from college teaching staff,and analysis its main related factors,in order to provide the basic data for prevention and control college teaching staff" three high ".
Methods Collected a college teaching staff health examination report 1 500 copies in 2015,summary the blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid,blood lipids mainly include total cholesterol,glycerin three fat,low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein,and the results were analyzed retrospectively,at the same time,the general demographic data were collected;The statistical methods of chi square test and chi square trend test were adopted,
P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.
Results In collection of 1 500 college teaching staff,blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid in at least one value is not in the normal range for 1 163,accounting for 77.5% of the total.Among them,706 of the 835 men were abnormal,the abnormal detection rate was 84.6%,457 of the 665 women were abnormal,the abnormal detection rate was 68.7%.The total detection rate of male was higher than that of female,dyslipidemia detection rate was in the highest in the" three high ";Secondly,the detection rates of hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia were higher in the male than in the female,and the difference was statistically significant (

Conclusion abnormal detection rate of" three highs"in College teaching staff is higher,especially in males.How to reduce the levels of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid effect on physical health,reduce the incidence of chronic diseases,improve the quality of life,it is worthy of attention.
