Objective Study the treatment effects of ERCP in the duodenoscopy with repeated high-quality disinfection,as well as its influence on the incidence of postoperative cholangitis.
Methods This study selected 721 cases of from ERCP operations in our hospital, ranging from June,2013 to December,2015,and randomly divided into two groups, including normal group with 354 cases, using duodenoscopy with conventional disinfection and repeated disinfection group with 367 cases, using duodenoscopy with the repeated high-quality disinfection.Compare two groups of patients with endoscopic disinfection effect and the incidence of postoperative cholangitis.
Results Repeated disinfection group lumen colony count (8.6±9.1) cfu/parts,lifting clamp colony count (10.0±4.8) cfu/parts,routine disinfection group lumen colony count (12.6±8.2) cfu/parts,lifting clamp colony count (15.1±8.2) cfu/parts,repeated disinfection within the group of duodenoscopy cavity flushing fluid and a cotton swab cultivate up pliers colony count group is significantly higher than the conventional disinfection duodenoscope (
P<0.05).For repeated disinfection patients the incidence of postoperative cholangitis was 2.23%,significantly less than 5.36% of the conventional disinfection group (
P<0.05).And there were no statistical difference between the two groups in operative types, the qualification rates and lens colony (
P>0.05).
Conclusion In ERCP treatment of duodenoscopy repeated high-qulaity disinfection has obvious effect, which can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative cholangitis ERCP,worthy of widespread popularization and application in clinic.
