Objective To investigate the effect of the nursing team in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma patients with concurrent chemotherapy,thus to explore the performance and merits and demerits of this treatment.
Methods A total of 266 patients with esophageal carcinoma registered from September,2013 to September,2014 were randomly divided into groups,control group and observation group,with 133 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing model while the observation group was given responsibility nursing model.The nursing satisfaction and clinical nursing quality of the two groups were compared,and the effect of this kind of nursing method on the disease was analyzed.
Results ①Three surveys conducted in the first day,during and after the treatment showed that activities,daily life,health,family support,feeling of life score of 5 the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance (
P<0.05);②in the control group and the observation group satisfaction rate of nursing care and esophageal cancer awareness rate of the questionnaire survey results showed that nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 97.0%,and that of the control group was only 82.0%;esophageal cancer awareness rate of the observation group was as high as 94.7%,and that of the control group is only 85.0%,and it had statistical significance (
P<0.05);③The analysis of hospital nursing showed that the arrival time of the patient's call of the control group was significantly lower than those in the observation group,while the control infusion group number of calls was also significantly lower than those in the observation group,with statistical significance (
P<0.05).
Conclusion The care system model of responsibility of the group contract,better than traditional nursing mode,can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients,improve the quality of life of patients and promote the doctor-patient relationship.
