Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrative traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treating ovulatory dysfunctional bleeding (ODB),so as to improve its prevention and treatment.
Methods We selected 92 cases of ODB patients in our hospital from July,2014 to December,2015.According to the ratio of 1:1,we divided randomly them into control group and observation group,46 cases per group.Control group accepted western medicine therapy,and control group accepted integrative traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.We observe the therapeutic effect of two groups,and compare endometrial thickness of two groups,using SPSS 19.0 software to analyze data,Measurement data using t test,counting data using 2 inspection,
P<0.05 indicating that the difference is statistically significant.
Results The total effective rate of observation group was 100.0%,and the control group 91.3%.Observation group was obviously higher than control group,and the difference had statistical significance (χ
2=4.182,
P<0.05).Observation group and control group before treatment in patients with endometrial thickness was (13.8±0.4) mm,(13.7±0.6) mm,and there was no statistically significant difference (
P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group and control group patients with endometrial thickness was (6.3±1.1) mm and (8.5±1.4) mm,which were significantly improved,compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (
P<0.05).But observation group was obviously better than control group,with statistical significance (
P<0.05).
Conclusion The clinical effect of integrative traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine was obviously better than that only used Western medicine in treating ODB.Endometrial thickness was improved significantly;therefore,it deserves to be used widely.
