Objective To observe the effect of synergistic nursing model on IL-23 and IL-17 inflammatory factors and psychological and physical condition in patients with ulcerative colitis.
Methods From January,2013 to December,2014,88 patients with ulcerative colitis in Zhejiang hospital were divided into observation group and control group.he patients in the two groups were given different treatments according to the different conditions.he control group was given routine nursing.he observation group was given the model of synergetic care on the basis of routine nursing.he IL-17 and IL-23 expression in the two groups were observed before and after the treatment, meanwhile two groups were given SF-36 and depression self-rating survey.
Results Compared with those before treatment, the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in the observation group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment (
P<0.05).The decrease of the above indexes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (
P<0.05),Mental health, social function, emotional function, energy, physical pain, health status, physiological function and psychological function scores of the observation group and the control group were all higher than those before treatment (
P<0.05).The score of quality of life, mental health, social function, emotional function, energy, physical pain, health status, physiological function and psychological function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (
P<0.05) The difference was not statistically significant (
P>0.05).In the observation group, the self-rating depression score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (
P<0.05).Before the treatment, the self-rating score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group.he difference was not statistically significant (
P>0.05).
Conclusion Collaborative nursing model can effectively improve the peripheral IL-17 and IL-23 expression in patients with acute pancreatitis. It is also targeted to fully mobilize the patient's initiative, participate in self-behavior management and health decision-making,improve the patient's quality of life, and reduce the incidence of depression, thus worthy of clinical use.
