The clinical research of tonifying kidney and soothing liver therapy combined with auricular point sticking with beans in abortion patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression

Objective The recurrent abortion was a frequently-occurring disease for the women of childbearing age.The combination of traditional Chinese with western medicine had obvious curative effects.By clinically researching tonifying kidney and soothing liver therapy combined with auricular point sticking with beans in abortion patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression,we aim to provide new ideas and methods for treatment. Methods One hundred abortion patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression were divided into the control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50) according to random number table method.The control group was given intramuscular injection of progesterone,20 mg/d,and the observation group was given oral prescription of tonifying kidney and soothing liver therapy (1 dose per day) combined with auricular point sticking with beans (2 min per time,3 times per day).The clinical efficacy,anxiety SAS scores,clinical symptoms were observed in two groups,and the serum levels of estradiol (E2),progesterone (P) and human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) were detected.SPSS 19.0 was used for data analysis. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%,and that of the control group was 82.00%.The difference had statistical significance in rank sum test (P<0.05).The scores of anxiety SAS,vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain,lumbar acid and alvine straining feeling in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The levels of E2,P,and β-HCG in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The follow-up found that the efficient and success rate of fetus protection were 94.00% and 90.00% in observation group,which were significantly higher than those in the control group which were 78.00% and 74.00%,with statistical significance (χ²=5.316,4.336,P=0.021,0.037).With increasing SAS scores,the total effective rate and success rate of fetus protection were reduced,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The prescription of tonifying kidney and soothing liver therapy combined with auricular point sticking with beans in abortion patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression had clinical curative effect,which could reduce anxiety score,improve the clinical symptoms,and increase the level of serum hormone.
