Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive individual nursing intervention on bipolar of depressive episode affective disorder. And we can use it to provide higher quality nursing service to patients.
Methods Altogether 60 cases patients received by our hospital from 2014 to 2015 with bipolar of depressive episode affective disorder were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each case. The control group was treated with normal treatment. On the basis of normal treatment, the observation group was treated with comprehensive individual nursing. The treatment cycle is five weeks. After five weeks we evaluated the grade of MMSE and HAMD of the patients before and after treatments. And we compared the satisfaction rate after experiment.
Results Before our intervention, the MMSE and HAMD scores of two groups have no significant difference (
P>0.05).After the intervention, the score of MMSE in observation group was higher than that in the control group (
P<0.05).The grade of HAMD of observation group was lower than that in the control group (
P<0.05).The nursing quality success rate of observation group is 86.67% which is obviously higher than the 50.00% of control group.
Conclusion The comprehensive individual nursing intervention can have an obviously well effect on bipolar of depressive episode affective disorder. It can steadily control the depression and improve the cognitive ability of the parents. The comprehensive individual nursing intervention can also improve the compliance of patients who can enjoy more comfortable nursing process and the satisfaction rate of nursing improved obviously.Comprehensive individual nursing intervention should be promoted in clinical work.
