Objective To study peripheral blood lymphocyte CaN change/NFAT signal pathways in the kazak in Xinjiang hypertension patients, and to reveal the potassium channels to participate in the specific mechanism in the hypertension.
Methods Between February,2014 and November,2014 in Xinjiang medical university first affiliated hospital heart center first option of kazak in Xinjiang simple hypertensive patients without antihypertensive treatment, venous blood was collected, the hsCRP ELISA technology testing,hsCRP level of 3 mg/L or selected patients with high blood pressure,a total of 50 cases,hsCRP level<3 mg/L of 50 cases of hypertension patients,50 cases of kazak people health. The peripheral blood lymphocytes were collected and separated. The Real-time PCR and Western blot were used to detect the Kv1.3,TNF-α gene and protein expression level,CaN,NFAT activity.
Results In high hsCRP hypertension group and low hsCRP Kv1.3 hypertension group,TNF-α mRNA and protein expression level and CaN/NFAT activity is higher than normal control group(
P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.High hsCRP Kv1.3 hypertension group,TNF-α mRNA and protein expression level and CaN/NFAT activity expression level was higher than low hsCRP hypertension group, the difference was statistically significant(
P<0.05).
Conclusion CaN pure/NFAT signal pathway activity increased in Xinjiang kazak patients with high blood pressure, potassium channels may be involved in the occurrence of hypertension development by CaN/NFAT signal pathways.
