Objective Surgery is dominant in the treatment of early gastric cancer, but a lot of postoperative patients had different degrees of gastrointestinal dysfunction;QCC activity refers to the same workplace spontaneous composition of a small group by relaxing the on-site management, which can make oneself volunteered to participate in the management of activities and can improve the quality of nursing. This study aims to investigate the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function effects observation of nurse-patient cooperation QCC for the gastric cancer patients.
Methods We selected 140 gastric cancer patients with elective surgery from August,2011 to February,2015 treated in our hospital and equally divided into treatment group and control group based on a completely random method. The control group received conventional intervention, while the treatment group was given nurse-patient cooperation QCC intervention on the basis of the control group interventions, with two weeks' nursing observation.
Results The total effective rates after nursing care in the treatment group and the control group were 92.9% and 78.6% respectively, while the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher(
P<0.05).The postoperative anal exhaust time and defecation in the treatment group were (87.24±13.98)h and (80.01±15.90)h that were significantly lower than the control group of (103.98±18.13)h and (92.76±11.99)h (
P<0.05).The serum motilin contents after care in the treatment group and the control group were (173.87±12.76)pg/ml and (137.39±13.11)pg/ml which were significantly higher than those before nursing care (95.33±10.39)pg/ml and (95.10±11.32)pg/ml(
P<0.05),while the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(
P<0.05).
Conclusion The nurse-patient cooperation QCC for the gastric cancer patients can promote the secretion of motilin, which is conducive to the recovery of gastrointestinal function, thereby enhances the overall efficacy of rehabilitation and should be widely applied.
